Fukutsu city is located between Kitakyushu city and Fukuokacity. Fukutsu city is blessed with abundant nature , such as the sea, mountains and river, etc.　We can see horseshoe crabs in Tuyazaki tideland and black faced spoonbill in every winter.

 We are working with Fukutsu city and Mr.Furuhashi , the Laboratory of Onikura in Kyushu university for settling on  the next basic environment plan of Fukutsu city. We are considering  this plan based on the condition of the natural environment and people’s environment ,the global environment in Fukutsu and citizen’s opinions.

Those living things are rare species. We are working the plan to implement for protecting the natural environment and comfortable life environment for people.
